Important Ticket Instructions

Below are your choices of admission tickets to The Butchart Gardens. The ticket has a cash value indicated below in Canadian dollars which will be applied against the admission rate in effect at the time the ticket is used. Any difference will either be refunded or collected.

The unique barcode can only be scanned once, after which it is void. You should therefore guard against your ticket being duplicated.

Tickets shall not be replaced for any reason.

Our ticket does not guarantee admission for capacity controlled events, such as Firework Shows and Special Events, and when made impossible by conditions beyond our control.

Each ticket shall be subject to a non-refundable transaction fee of $1.00 Canadian (tax included).

You may return unused coupons to The Butchart Gardens for a refund of the face value. A credit will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the initial purchase.

Alternatively, your unused ticket would make a great gift for a relative or friend.
